Rio Rules 里约规则。1977年9月30日在里约热内卢(Rio de Janeiro)召开的CMI会议上通过的关于统一船舶碰撞事项民事管辖、法律选择和裁决承认及执行的某些规则的国际公约草案(the draft Internatioal Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Concerning Civil Jurisdiction, Choice of Law and Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Matters of Collision)，迄今尚未生效。
