创作背景

Taylor在13岁时搬去Nashville，在那之前，她求了父母整整一年。

最后是拿到了RCA的合约，父母才决定举家搬迁至Nashville。

但那时RCA给她的合约也只是发展合约，不帮她出专辑，而拖着，想观察一段时间再做决定。

对于那时的Taylor来说，前路其实很渺茫，你不知道究竟要等多少年，才能等到有机会出专辑。

后来，年纪小小的Taylor觉得没有发展机会，自己选择了离开。

那实在需要很多勇气，毕竟RCA是大公司，很可能过了这个村就没有那个店了。

或许是初生牛犊不怕虎吧，她还是毅然离开了。

最后遇见了Scott Borchetta,成立了Big Machine Records，才有了今天。
