英瑞杰汽车系统是一家专门从事塑料燃油系统制造的国际性公司，客户遍及世界各主要汽车生产商，公司由Plastic Omnium（法国）和Solvay S.A.（比利时）于2000年共同出资建立。公司总部位于法国巴黎，目前在17个国家设有26家生产工厂，全球员工约4500人。

全球第一的汽车塑料燃油系统供应商——法国英瑞杰汽车系统股份公司在中国的第一间工厂,位於武汉光谷开发区汽车电子工业园内，项目投资总额920万美元（约7176万港元），9月建成投产，整个工厂建设分为两个阶段，第一阶段到投产时截止，可以形成20万台汽车燃油系统的生产能力，第二阶段到2008年底形成40万台产能。
