1996年毕业于浙江大学医学院医学系，2003年于第二军医大学获得医学博士学位。2004年至2009年在美国冷泉港实验室(Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory)从事博士后研究。2010年初受聘于中科院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所，担任研究员、研究组组长。2010年入选中国科学院“百人计划”并获择优支持。

研究领域：

本研究组的研究方向是极性蛋白(polarity protein)在调控上皮细胞和组织结构中的作用，以及细胞极性的丢失在肿瘤生成中的机制。运用细胞3维培养系统(3-dimensional culture system)，探索细胞极性丢失与上皮细胞早期转化，及其肿瘤生物学特征之间的关联。基于此研究，期望发现用于早期诊断的新的肿瘤标记物，或是用于肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。
