于1989年5月9日出生于俄勒冈州波特兰的美籍歌手兼曲作者，有日美双血统。现住洛杉矶。

从2岁开始唱歌之后便加入合唱团，10岁时因受到girls·摇滚乐队·THE TUESDAYS的影响开始弹吉他和作曲。

高一时，好友把她在合唱团唱歌的样子录下后寄给了梅瑞狄斯·BROOKS，梅瑞狄斯·BROOKS给予了“充满力量感的 声线以及拥有作曲天赋”的高度赞赏。
