采 集 地: 广泛分布于环境,主要是土壤。

用 途: 生产肌酸苷酶,可代谢尼古丁,在烟草加工业中具有增加香气,降低刺激,提高吸烟安全等应用潜能。

形 态: 幼龄培养物的细胞呈不规则的杆状, 0.8~1.2μm×1.8~8.0μm。常呈V形排列端圆,但没有丝状体。生长过程中,杆状断裂成小球状,直径0.6~ 1.0μm。单个、成对排列,不规则的堆状。

特 性: 化能异养菌,通常生长在简单培养基加生物素,氧化代谢。从葡萄糖或其它糖产生少量酸或不产酸。接触酶阳性。

培 养: 最适生长温度20~35℃。好氧。

保藏温度: -70 摄氏度
