作为蜂鸟音乐的创始人之一的Tan，蜂鸟音乐可以说是Tan的心血结晶。Tan生于香港，并且曾经在LA，澳大利亚和日本接受过教育。Tan作为Mocha Slot Lounge的创始人之一及业务经理而开始了他的职业生涯。在他卖掉公司里的股份后，Tan将他对音乐的热情与从商的知识有机结合，与他的好友兼音乐老师Lupo Groinig创立了蜂鸟音乐有限公司。这个举动的宗旨是使整个亚洲地区在音乐方面的标准能够更上一层楼，同时为所在地区在音乐上充满天分的突出选手建立一个良好的展示平台。

Tan began his career as a co-founder and the Operation Manager of Mocha Slot Lounge. After he sold his shares in the company he combined his business knowledge with his passion for music and started Hummingbird Music with his good friend and music teacher Lupo Groinig.
