本公司最初为利达螺丝制造厂，于1991年成立于香港，为适应市场的发展，公司于2006年成立东莞利港达实业有限公司，并投资广东省东莞市企石镇联兴工业园旧围园区。本公司位于珠江三角洲前沿，地理位置优越，交通十分便利。北接广东省省会广州市，南临深圳、香港，毗邻京九铁路的广深路段及莞深高速公路，占地40余亩，建筑面积达10000余平方米，属港资合资机构。

本公司拥有先进、齐全的生产设备，如打头机、冲压机、搓牙机、螺母机、仪表车床、电脑自动车床、自动车床、铣床等三百余台。配有专业的技术检测设备，如投影机、三座标测试仪、扭力试验机、硬度试验机、盐雾测试机、恒温恒湿测试机、ROHS标准测试仪，包括X光电镀层测试仪、ICPC离子发射全谱光谱仪、紫外光分光光谱仪、碳硫分析仪等高精密设备。建厂十余年来，公司以生产螺丝、螺母及五金冲压件为主，产品种类繁多，款式齐全。有圆柱头、球面中柱头、扁圆头、沉头、六角头带垫圈等形状螺丝；槽型有一字槽、十字槽、方插口、±字、三角槽、TX槽、三翼、梅花等螺丝槽型；有钛、铜、铁、铝、不锈钢等材质产品，类型有不锈钢螺丝、自攻螺丝、内外六角螺丝、铆钉、台阶螺丝、螺母、和五金冲压件、车床件、负离子针等系列产品。产品一直畅销欧美、香港及国内珠三角地区，且每年呈稳定增长，产品的使用范围也越来越广泛，是一个极具发展潜力的企业。并与顾客保持着稳定而密切的业务往来。

Our company “Leader Screw Manufacturing Co., Ltd.” has been established in Hong Kong since 1991. In order to adapt to the development of the market; we set up “ Dongguan Leader Industrial Co., Ltd “ which is Hong Kong-funded Sole Proprietorship enterprise in Qishi Town at Dongguan City since 2006. With an advance transportation network, Dongguan Leader surrounded by Guangzhouin north, Shenzhen and Hong Kongin South; adjacent to Dongguan-Shenzhen Expressway of Jingjiu railway. Our company has more than 400 sets of advanced and complete production equipment, including heading machine, nut former, threading rolling machine, stamping machine, milling machine, auto-lathe machine, Japan CNC Lathing Machine etc… Besides, we are equipped with specialized testing equipment, such as profile projector, 2.5D detector, torque testing machine, hardness testing machine, salt spray testing chamber, constant temperature and humidity testing chamber etc… RoHS standard test apparatus, including X-ray coating thickness gauge, ICPC inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Carbon Sulfur Determinator and other advanced precision equipment.

Since 1991, Leader is specialized in producing various types of screws, nuts, stamping parts and lathe parts. We can provide all types of standard or non-standard screws with different kinds of screw heads, drive inserts and material. Screw heads such as pan head, binding head, truss head, countersunk head and hexagon with washer head etc… ; drive inserts such as slotted, cross recess, slotted and cross recess combination, square socket, triangular, tri-wing, torx etc…

Our company has certificated the ISO9001:2000 (QMS) in 2004. And we certificated ISO14001:2004 (EMS) by SGS respectively in 2008. At the same year, we were designated by our customer Sanmina-SCI as Class 4 supplier for making aerospace accessories. In the end of 2009, we were certificated by SGS on the ISO9001:2008 (QMS) and AS9100B:2008 (AMS). Due to our business development, we decided to upgrade our quality systems to conform to ISO/IEC 17025 (LMS). Now, we are preparing for register the certification of TS16949:2002(QMS) and we planned to finish within 2010.
