2001年获华东师范大学生物化学与分子生物学学士学位;

2006年获华东师范大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;

2005年1月到2006年6月在美国国家卫生研究所(National Institutes of Health, NIH)过敏与感染疾病研究所(National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID)作联合培养博士研究生;

2006年9月到2010年1月在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(University of California, San Diego)医学院皮肤学系作博士后;

2010年1月底受聘为华东师范大学教授。

研究方向:

与宿主共生的一些细菌有益于宿主,这已成为近几年的研究热点。皮肤共生菌是如何增强皮肤免疫能力来抗衡微生物入侵和/或感染以及如何调节银屑病人的再生胰岛源蛋白3A 的表达是我们的主要研究方向。目前本课题组正与美国、韩国等国家的科学家合作,研究重点包括:1)表皮葡萄球菌的脂磷壁酸(lipoteichoic acid)对伤口炎症发生过程中Toll样受体3(Toll-like receptor 3, TLR3)信号通路的调控机理; 2)皮肤伤口炎症发生过程中炎症因子的产生机制和肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子1(TNF receptor-associated factor 1, TRAF1)对TLR3信号通路所引发炎症的抑制机理;3)表皮葡萄球菌诱导抗菌肽β-防御素和鼠源再生胰岛源蛋白3-γ在皮肤伤口感染中的调节机制;4)REG3A在银屑病中的调节表达。

曾为多项美国国家卫生研究所(NIH)研究项目的主要承担人。
