A Day Away是一个来自美国密苏里州的Springfield的Pop-punk组合，成立于2005年3月16日。乐队成员有Jake Turner（主唱）、Blake Duncan（吉他）Kevin Gates（吉他）Tommy Oerding（鼓手）Frank Granatino（贝司手）。

乐队在05就在各处演出，他们的第一场show之后在密苏里州发行了同名的EP。年末，才有了全国宣传巡演的机会。谱曲，作词都是乐队成员自己独立完成。

历经8个多月的演出，作曲，写词，06年令人期待的首张正式专辑“Touch Me, Tease Me, Take Me For Granted”发行。迄今为止，这张专辑已经售出又6000多份。

由于某些压力所致，2007年12月乐队不得不重回录音棚为下一张专辑而努力。2008年3月18日，第二张专辑“Here We Go Again”的发行也表示着要在今年的乐坛上要狠狠的赚一把。将来的几个月里，乐队将以高质量的演出和努力的创作使之达到一新的高度。
