黄骅市智美学校于2000年由刘相印出资建立，是一所九年一贯制寄宿与走读相结合的民办学校。位于黄骅市北环和4号路交汇处，占地七十亩，现有教职工136人，专业教师83人，学生1000余人。

学校教学设备齐全，建有多媒体教室、学术报告厅、微机室、语音室、美术展室、物理生物化学实验室、图书馆、少先队活动室等，学生宿舍楼2栋。仪器及设备全部达到较高水平。计算机数量达到150余台，学校文体设施健全，建有篮球、乒乓球场地。目前初中全部实现多媒体教学。

学校设教研处由学校监事会和教导处共同组建负责编纂两份校内刊物《教海采珠》和《智美教研》。学校本着管理封闭化、教学开放化、育人立体化的模式，把全面育人、全程育人、全员育人落实，坚持培优扶差，逐步形成了厚德、博学、和谐、创新的校风。

多年来，学校屡获殊荣。被黄骅市评为教学质量先进学校、教学工作先进学校，被沧州一中授予优秀生源基地，被黄骅中学授予优秀输出人才基地，多次被市文明委评为文明单位。
