江苏胜大石油设备制造有限公司坐落于环境优美、交通便捷的“江南龙城”—常州，全国最大的无缝钢管集散地之一。公司创建于2006年5月，是由具有10多年钢管制造、销售经验，实力雄厚的常州大润钢管有限公司出资筹建。公司注册资金5000万元，占地面积300亩，建筑面积12万平方米，总投资3.7亿。公司自2007年3月份开始投产，6月份进行全面生产以来,取得了年产量20万吨，年产值20亿之多，利税达5000万的骄人成绩。

胜大石油主要生产外径5 1/2英寸以下口径的石油钻杆、工具接头、全系列的钻挺及无磁钻挺、整体式加重钻杆、钻柱转换接头、提升短节、外径48.3-外径114.3的油管及配套接箍、外径88.9~外径127的保温油管(专利产品)、外径95-外径339.7的套管及配套接箍、外径9-1/2〞~3-1/2〞（执行API 7及API RP7G标准）、外径114.3-外径177.8高钢级、高抗体毁套管、外径32-外径140精密钢管。另外公司还于2008年年底，进行了新生产线的安装、新设备的调试，研发了螺杆钻具、抽油杆、钻杆扶正器及各类规格的接箍及配套产品。为企业的更快发展，满足市场的需求，公司技术部门不断创新研发，致力于常规产品的技术改进，创新研发高端产品。

胜大石油拥有先进成熟的钻杆加工线，全自动热处理调质线，管端液压加厚线，油井管加工线、深孔加工线等专业石油开采设备加工生产线。与此同时，公司还具有严谨的检测体系,全面的检测手段：涡流探伤、漏磁探伤、磁粉探伤、超声探伤、水压试验、机械型性能测试等。独立设置的质检探伤车间是本公司的一大特色，确保被试用的原料100%合格。公司拥有一间先进的理化实验室，，可完成化学成分分析、金相分析、拉升试验、低温冲击试验、硬度试验等，配套专业人员操作及管理，为质量控制把好了关。同时公司还在不断的完善自身的检测水平，对外引进先进的设备、技术和人才，做到精益求精、一丝不苟、尽善尽美、追求卓越。

Jiangsu Shined Petroleum Equipment Manufacturer Co., Ltd, is Located in beautiful city——Changzhou. The company is Invested by Changzhou Darun steel tubing co. Ltd ,and built in May 2006. The registered capital is over Fifty Million RMB, And total investment capital is 3.7 billion RMB. The company have an area of 200,000 square meters , and construction area of 120000 square meters . Since we started to formally put into production in June 2007, our annual turnover is over 200 Million USD, and profit and tax is more than 50 million.

Shined has a high level expert team and high quality worker team with 350 employees, 224 technicians including 46 high titled experts. In late 2008, the company installed the new production line, debugged the new equipment and developed the screwdrill, pumping rod, dirllpipe stabilizer and couplings of all specifications. The technology division dedicated to conventional products’ technological improvements and to develop the high-end products.

Shined has its own petroleum equipment manufacture line such as maturing dirll pipe processing line, full automatic quench and temper heat treatment line, pipe ends hydraulic upsetting line, Tubing and Casing line, deep hole woking line. Also the company has the precise inspection system: eddy current test, flux leakage testing, magnetic powder inspection, ultrosonic inspection, hydrostatic test, mechanical property test etc. The indepentdant installed QC workshop is the unique feature in the company to guarantee the 100% of the raw materials’ acceptable quality.
