简　介

少年卡文的哥哥马克曾是大学的摔跤明星，在一次去比赛的途中遭遇车祸，父亲不幸身亡。父亲的死亡使得家人分离，马克搬出去生活而卡文和母亲雪伦一起相依为命。为了让家人再次聚在一起，卡文加入了学校的摔跤队。经历过一次次失败后，他选择了放弃。就在钓鱼散心时，他遇到了陌生老人，老人的安慰使他重新燃起希望。而此时，卡文的哥哥马克正因酗酒闹事而在法庭接受审理。卡文只身前去为他辩护。被释放的马克请弟弟来家中吃饭，二人从此建立了摔跤师生关系，最终家人通过摔跤团聚，多年的伤疤愈合。
