剧情简介

【Return to Halloweentown】是第 68 部 Disney Channel 原创电影，于 2006 年 10 月 20 日在美国 Disney Channel 首播。本片是 1998 年首播 Disney Channel 原创电影【Halloweentown】的第四部同系列电影，此系列的第二及第三部电影分别于 2001 年及 2004 年在美国首播。

【Return to Halloweentown】的故事承接前三部作品，今回的背景正如英文片名一样，再次回归于万圣节小镇上。小镇即将成立满 1000 周年，女主角 Marnie Piper 如今已经 18 岁，即将跟弟弟 Dylan 一同入读在小镇中享负盛名的「女巫大学」（Witch University），起初妈妈 Gwen 犹豫应否让 Marnie 入读，但由于 Marnie 是获得全额奖学金而进入大学，Gwen 只好勉强答应。Marnie 原本以为就读于女巫大学后就可以经常使用魔法，岂料学校于今年颁布一条新校规：禁止学生使用魔法，原来这只是一个邪恶阴谋的序章……Marnie 在课堂上得到一个写上 S. Cromwell 的盒子，为了查明盒子的来历，她在课后向其中一名教授讨教。教授让 Marnie 回到 1000 年前，让她自行找出盒子的底蕴。Marnie 亦因此揭开了她家族的一个重大秘密，原来盒子本属于一个名为 Splendora Agatha Cromwell 的少女，里面蕴藏着一件能够让拥有者控制任何人的物件，而 Splendora 的真正身份原来是 Marnie 的外婆 Aggie！一个邪恶组织 Dominion 已经觊觎了盒子一段时间，企图藉此统治整个万圣节小镇。面对 Dominion 的威胁，Marnie 必须使用她女巫及凡人血统的所有力量，联同家人及朋友，合力阻止 Dominion 的阴谋得逞。

幕后故事

本片由 David Jackson 执导，他曾担任 Disney Channel 原创电影【Buffalo Dreams】的导演。主角 Marnie Piper 换来了在【Aquamarine】（港译：【魔法人鱼】/ 台译：【人鱼公主的爱情魔法】）中担任主角的 Sara Paxton 饰演，她同时分饰年轻时代的 Splendora，其他主要角色如 Marnie 的弟弟 Dylan、妈妈 Gwen 及外婆 Aggie 则依然由过往的 J. Paul Zimmerman、Judith Hoag 及 Debbie Reynolds 分别演出，而在【Halloweentown High】中首度登场的 Ethan Dalloway 一角同样由 Lucas Grabeel 继续担任，本片的其他演员包括 Keone Young、Leslie Pomeroy、Dan Young、Kristy Wu、Kellie Cockrell、Katie Cockrell、Christopher Robin Miller 等等。本片配乐由跟第三集相同的 Kenneth Burgomaster 负责，片中歌曲 "Right Where You Want Me" 由人气青春偶像 Jesse McCartney 主唱。
