主要研究成果关系1、上地幔变形作用和地球化学性质之间的关系及其深部动力学意义。运用综合研究方法,探讨了伊通新生代玄武岩中特有的具糜棱结构的橄榄岩包体所经历的构造热演化及动力学,证实了上地幔韧性剪切带的存在。强调其形成与超大断裂活动性之间的关系;并首次发现了橄榄岩包体中矿物颗粒间的氧同位素不平衡现象,为地幔剪切变形和地幔交代作用提供了时间约束,认为流体的存在并不是剪切变形的先决条件,从而为地幔学术界长期争论的流体和地幔变形之间的因果关系提供了新的判别依据。根据吉林汪清尖晶石相橄榄岩包体结构、平衡温度、主元素亏损程度和不相容元素富集程度之间的相关关系,提出了上地幔底辟上升和热扩散平衡的动力学模式,阐明了不同结构类型包体在底辟体中的空间展布及其对交代流体迁移的控制。认为所有研究样品均来自岩石圈地幔,但由于下伏软流圈的上涌而导致其流变学性质的改变,从而同软流圈一起发生底辟。这一成果为华北自中生代以来发生的大规模热侵蚀-减薄机制提供了一个可行的动力学模式。 联系2、上地幔熔体-岩石反应机理及其微量元素理论模拟通过对伊通含富钾硅酸盐玻璃体的异剥橄榄岩和法国中央高原具镶嵌结构I型尖晶石相方辉橄榄岩包体的研究,橄榄岩包体的研究,鉴定出了单斜辉石生成反应和橄榄石生成反应两个系列。这是对构造橄榄岩体研究的重要补充,对地幔不均一性及岩浆源区混合作用的研究具有重要意义。后者还提供了岩石圈最底部-地幔热柱相互作用的证据。运用0-维数值模型计算了微量元素在上地幔熔体迁移/反应过程中地球化学行为。该成果对认识熔体/流体在深部岩石圈地幔演化过程中的作用具有重要意义。 3、地幔地质温压计的检测,应用和中国东部地幔岩石圈热演化系统总结和科学评价了常用的二十多种温度计和五种压力计的优缺点,为国内学者更加审慎地选用温压计提供了依据,在此基础上,探讨了中国东部上地幔热结构和热演化历史。以在特定热演化阶段中古老岩石圈/软流圈相互作用程度为思路,结合实验岩石学资料和岩石圈拉张历史,提出了一个热-构造演化模式,从而比较合理地解释了中国东部中生代末期-新生代玄武岩的岩性,微量元素和同位素地球化学演化特征,为深部地幔研究提供了新思路。 4、中国东部幔源橄榄岩的铂族元素地球化学研究在国内率先开展了中国东部幔源橄榄岩的PGE地球化学研究,填补了中国在地幔岩PGE研究领域的空白。初步了解了不同类型岩石中这些元素的丰度和分布规律,揭示了中国东部上地幔特有的PGE分配型式(即富集Pt,亏损Ir和Pd)。探讨了PGE在多种重要上地幔过程中的地球化学行为。 心声:“我的事业在中国”在洪泽湖畔长大,看惯了烟波浩渺的水面,听惯了终日拍岸的惊涛,这如诗如画的生活环境,从小就培育了钱旭红宽阔的胸襟和执著的个性。 钱旭红1962年出生于江苏宝应,曾就读于宝应县中学。1978年,他远离故乡,来到了繁华的大上海,开始了学士、硕士、博士学位十年寒窗的苦读生涯。他大学本科学的是基本有机化工专业,硕士拜在了长于精细化工应用性研究的任绳武教授门下,博士则做了华东理工大学第二任校长、以精细化工理论研究见长的朱政华教授的弟子。为了科技强国,在获得博士学位后,本着去近代科技的发源地接受观念冲击的强烈愿望,钱旭红携家远涉重洋再求真知。 1989至1992年的3年时间里,他先受美国Welch基金会资助,赴拉玛尔大学从事博士后研究,期间他从事了昆虫生长调节剂的研究工作。由于他的出色表现,他那担任副校长的美国导师艾德还赠送给他一枚学校定做的证章,上面写着“拉玛尔的骄傲”。接着,钱旭红又获得了享有声誉的德国洪堡博士后基金的资助,赴德国维尔兹堡大学,从事DNA嵌入剂、切断荆的研究。在德期间,他们一家受到了一年一度的洪堡学者德国总统接见。尽管离德回国前他获得了德外交部的再入境签证以及美方大学向他发出的再次赴美的邀请,他仍坚信:“我的事业在中国”,毅然培上了学成归国的路程。 在海外生活的日子里,钱旭红感受过,由于中国科技上的落伍,经济上的贫穷,使具有五千年古老文化传统优越感的中国人在菜些场合受到外国人忽视的滋味,刺痛着钱旭红那颖作为中国人的自羊心。有一回钱旭红带着女儿漫步在美国的动物园里,几位日本游人被穿着可爱的红绸教棉袄的钱旭红女儿吸引住了,他们日本人、韩国人、台湾人、香港人地猜浏个不停,钱旭红便字字珠现地更正:“我是一个来自大陆的中国人。”类似的情况,钱旭红在海外碰到绝非一次,在国外也有误认他为华裔美国人的。文化和观念上的巨大落差,使钱旭红深感自己在海外得到的和失去的同样宝贵。中国的改革开放,向世界展示了未来的希望,为了下一代不再有上辈人这样的感受,他更加坚信,自己的亨业在中国。一次在美国德州墨西哥湾海滩,一位攀谈中的二战时期的美国老兵问他:“你还会回中国去吗?”钱旭红毫不扰像地回答说:“一定会,这只是个时间迟早的问题。” 1992年初,钱旭红带着妻子女儿踏上了归途。在回上海的飞机上,他一遮又一遮地对女儿说着:“中国”,“上海”。“上海”,“中国”。心情激动的钱旭红一次又一次地想着,我展行了自己的诺言,我又回来了,回到了生我养我期待着我的祖国母亲的怀抱。在走下飞机弦梯,踏上祖国国土的那一刻,钱旭红已是热泪盈眶。 “一间半仓库”起家有位哲人说过,通拄荣参的捷径就是一无所有。以此来形容钱旭红回国之初的情形是一点不为过的。 出国前,钱旭红从事的是光电性能功能染料的研究,并承担了国家自然科学基金和上海市青年基金项目,在导师指导下打下了良好的科研功底。在国外,他从事的是生物活性化合物(包括农《困泣论坛11999年绷14住期0期STAF药)的研究,此工作他在国内农药界毫无根基。为了中国的这个决决人口大国国民的生计,也为了做成一件从未有人做过又富有理工大学特色的工作,钱旭红毅然调整了他多年的研究专长,开始了仿生农药中的“昆虫生长调节剂”以及生物染料中的‘`DNA嵌入”两大研究方向。华东理工大学根本没有这方面的人才和仪器储备。在缺少经费,没有人员、场地、设备的艰苦条件下,钱旭红从零起步,1992年4月在他刚回国不久便毛遂自荐,义无反顾地领命上阵,开始了筹建化学农药研究室的工作。建室之初,化学农药室的条件异常艰苦。学校为钱旭红配备了2名专职研究员,而所谓的实验室竟是原来的一间半仓库。钱旭红带领着伙伴们从设计安装排水管、搭建通风橱、安排煤气管开始,硬是自己油漆,自己用白帆布隔出了一间半仓库大小的实脸室。他既当设计施工员,又做买设备添材料的跑腿,土法上马建成了一个科研“小舞台”。由于经费短缺,刚开始实脸室缺这少那的,钱旭红就将自己从国外带回的资料、样品等拿到实验室里,他还从家里搬来了冰箱和气压式热水瓶供集体使用。有一回钱旭红与同事出差到北京谈项目,他们每分钱都算着花,两人合吃一份菜汤、米粉的事至今传为美谈。研究室1992年6月正式成立,同年9月受到校方2万元资助开始正常运作,在一年内实现了良性循环。 几年来,钱旭红等自筹资金,陆续建成了“光氧化反应装备”、“昆虫生长调节剂生测”、“反应过程中试装兰”等5个仪器装备精良的实验室,初创时的化学农药研究室也扩展成了现在的药物化工研究所,真正带出了一批年轻、高效、穗定、学术水平高的科研队伍。在所里,钱旭红先后主持了国家自然科学墓金及国家教委优秀青年教师基金、国家重.k博士基金、国家重点攻关基金、国家教委跨世纪优秀人才基全、上海市青年教师曙光计划基金等10来项课题的攻关。他所领导的药物化工研究所,也于1994年获得了国家医药总局颁发的全国医药先进单位称号,于1995年被评为上海市新长征突击队。 1993年1月,回国整一年的钱旭红,被学校推上了学院级的精细化工学科主任岗位。经过3年大刀阔 斧的整合,使一度散沙一盘的学科重又焕发了生机。19%年4月,该学科被评为上海市重点学科。顺应了能者多劳这句俗语,1996年,钱旭红又应召出任了副校长一职。为官一任,造福一方,这是钱旭红对自己提出的要求。这些年,华东理工大学研究生招生数以每年多招100名的幅度在递增,培养点夜盖了全国高校研究生12个培养门类中的8个;科研经费到款数大幅度上升,获奖数及获专利数喜人,科研论文被权威索引3911和El收录排名居于全国和上海工科院校前列;校产以从事实业和工业为特色,不断寻找新的生长.x,全面推进改制。这些都和钱旭红付出的心血是分不开的。 两年跨一个台阶从事仿生农药、生物染料的创制工作,钱旭红独具慧眼地选择了世界上这两个前沿领城展开工作。钱旭红在国内农药界可谓“举目无亲”,回国后他敢于放弃自己最拿手的传统染料方向,确立以国内缺门的非传统农药与医药材料创制为科研方向,平地而起做一个创业者,这充分显现了他科研的超前意识和创业的过人胆识。钱旭红是这样思考这一选择的:21世纪谁来养活中国人的问题,在1994年西欧的一次著名国际会议上曾经备受与会者关注。近年来中国随着有效耕地的减少、人口数量的增加,以及中美知产权协议的签定和加入世贾组织问题的日益临近,如何从虫害口中夺粮已迫在眉睫。而中国传统的农药毒性高附加值低,且99%以上均为仿制品。积极创制中国自己的农药产品,不仅是一个全新的科研命题,更关系到国家政治和经济的稳定。这万里长征的第一步,总得有人去跨出。钱旭红很清楚,自己从事的仿生农药与生物染料的研究,是两个相近但不相同的科研方向,他希望通过比较从中发现共同点、交叉点,以拓宽思维空间,保持对前沿学科的敏税的感知能力。 在建立与环境、生态友好相容新概念的仿生农药及生物染料科研思想指导下,钱旭红带领着他的伙伴们热火朝天地干了起来。在事业发展的过程中,志同道合的攻关队伍一天天在扩大,到目前为止,建室时的3人已扩展减8人,且35岁以下的青年占了100%,他们中有教授副教授各1人,已获博士学位的2人,在读博士3人,在读硕士4人。此外,还有钱旭红带教的巧名硕士和博士生加盟其间。 从1992年的3个好汉、一间半仓库起家,经过了6年的发展,钱旭红领导的药物化工研究所如今已令人PJ目相看,在相关研究领域占有了一席之地。药化所科研任务繁重,每年均有100多万元的科研经费进帐,1998年则达到了巧0余万元。9项科研成果通过了省部级、市级鉴定或获准专利,5项科研成果获国家教委科技进步奖及上海市科技进步奖等奖项。在繁忙的工作之余,钱旭红还在国内外学报及会议上发表论文60余篇。 钱旭红领导的研究所的发展,自1992以来两年上一个台阶。从建所时的无名小卒,到1994年加盟上海市农药学会、国家农药学会;1996年成为两家学会的理事单位,在国际学术会议上他成为大会邀请报告人。眼下,已在国内外学术界占有一席之地的钱旭红教授并没有丝毫的满足。他始终心存一种竖迫感和危机感。在他看来,大可不必为视野之内的进展而喜形于色,重要的依然是超前决策、规划未来。
