迈博瑞生物膜技术有限公司是一家专业从事微孔滤膜及相关产品的研究、开发、生产和销售的高科技美资独资企业。自2005年起，迈博瑞进驻中国，现已在中国设立三个制造工厂，一个南通研发试验基地以及上海、武汉、南通三个销售分部，全面启动了中国过滤领域的发展战略。(Membrane Solutions, LLC is a wholly U.S. owned high-tech enterprise in China specializing in manufacturing, R&D, and sales of microfiltration membrane and related products. Membrane Solutions entered China market in 2005. Since then, we have set up three manufacturing plants and one R&D center in Nantong, and three sales branch offices in Shanghai, Wuhan, and Nantong, launching a full-scale development strategy in the filtration industry of China.)

公司南通过滤产品生产厂区占地30多亩，建筑面积5000多平方米，其中近1000平方米的洁净生产车间，已通过了权威部门的检测。公司拥有专业的先进制膜车间以及多条微孔滤芯、针式滤器及圆片膜自动化生产线，设备先进, 产量高,质量稳定, 在行业内首屈一指。独创的中国式连续包装开创了细菌检测格栅膜包装的新局面。随着各项管理能力的提高，公司通过了ISO9001体系认证，用一流的产品，完善的服务来确保客户过滤系统处于最佳状态！(Our filtration factory in Nantong is a 4 story building sitting on about a land of five acres. The building area has 5000 square meters, of which the clean production workshop of nearly 1000 square meters has successfully tested by the authority. Our company has advanced membrane production workshop as well as several automatic assembly lines for microfiltration membrane cartridge, syringe filter, and membrane discs. With advanced equipment, high output, and stable quality, Membrane Solutions is far ahead of competitors in the industry. 迈博瑞生物膜技术有限公司的主导产品有：针式过滤器、圆片膜、连续包装细菌检测格栅膜，样品瓶,色谱耗材,生物分子耗材,工业滤芯滤袋以及具有自主知识产权的微孔滤膜 。

组织架构

迈博瑞生物膜技术有限公司是由美国投资方投资控股，在国内由总经理在上海执行管理。下设生产部（包括：生产、仓库、跟单、工程部、质量管理、采购六个部门）、研发部、支持部门（财务部、行政人事部两个部门）、市场销售部（市场部、国内销售部、国外销售部三个部门）、IT部、五大组织分布。

发展过程

2008年初美国投资方在中国计划投资成立迈博瑞生物膜技术（南通）有限公司；

2009年南通工厂初步建成规模，主要产品开始自主研发并小试生产，上海、南通两地销售分布建成，逐步开始接受国内外订单；

2010年工厂初具规模已经成功自主研发生产主打产品，同时销售开始走向正轨；

2011年至今，武汉销售分部建立；

公司大事记

迈博瑞生物膜技术有限公司发展历程目前还很短暂，所谓的大事记只是千里之行的跬步而已，但都是公司发展过程中不可缺少的一部份。主要可以列举的如下：

2008年初美国投资方在中国计划投资成立迈博瑞生物膜技术有限公司；

2008年5月迈博瑞生物膜技术（南通）有限公司正式在江苏省南通市经济技术开发区注册成立；

2009年初南通工厂初步建成，可自行研发产品；

2009年12月自行研发生产的主打产品生产上市，并通过德国TUV的ISO9001认证；

2010年成功自主研发生产主打产品；

2011年至今，武汉销售分部建立；
