Then how to obtain it, in my opinion, when you are permitted to plan your own lives, to pursuer your goals in the way you see most appropriate, you can get the happiness. In the paragraph 14, it said that for more than nine in ten people, the most significant alternative to aloneness is marriage. I don’t think it is a best way to aloneness. Because when you married, you would face to some stress such as doing much housework. If you have a child, you should spend much time on taking care of him/her. In some family cases, it happened family violence, wife and child always was victim. So I think all the marriages are not accompanied with happiness. Although many facts show that happiness depends less on exterior things than most suppose, the surrounding environment is more important in our life. The famous poet, William Cowper, who was succeed in the poem world. He should be happy, but he was always easy to get temperature. At once he was sent to the bedlam because of great pressure. I think it is connected with his childhood. His mother died early when he was very young. And in his compositions, he always wrote sad poems. I feel it lead to him who cannot get the happiness. So we plan our own lives, pursue our goals in the way we see most appropriate, we can get the happiness. |
