If you want to get a better job, you have to face much more stress to compete with other people for it. In a word, our society is full of stress everywhere. I think companies should be sensitive to the individual needs of their employees. Besides, I am not familiar with the word “pursue”. I guess we can replace it with “carry in”; “engage in” or “inquire into”. It will get a good result. In paragraph 7, maybe very few workers expect to stay in the same position of the job in their whole life. They want new opportunities to expand their knowledge and experience. We can understand their ideas. But I think that they should know finding a good job is not easy. Their expectation is good, but unpractical. If they do that, they may lose their present job [jobs]. No matter what we do, we shall pay cost for it. It is difficult to earn money. So I think there are more people like to have a steady job. |
