赖文生，男，江西龙南县人，清华大学材料科学与工程系副教授。1984年龙南中学高中毕业，同年考取兰州大学物理系。1991年获兰州大学材料系硕士学位。1998年获清华大学博士学位，并留校工作。2001年至2003年在英国利物浦大学工程系做博士后研究，现为清华大学材料科学与工程系副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事计算材料学，薄膜材料、核材料辐照损伤研究。

◎ 人物简介

赖文生，男，江西龙南人。1984年龙南中学高中毕业，同年考取兰州大学物理系。1988年获兰州大学物理系学士学位，1991年获兰州大学材料系硕士学位。1998年获清华大学博士学位，并留校工作。1999年任清华大学材料系副教授，2001年至2003年在英国利物浦大工程系做博士后(Research Associate)研究，现为清华大学材料科学与工程系副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事计算材料学，薄膜材料、核材料辐照损伤研究。

◎ 科研成果

主持和参与十几项国家和省部级科研项目，在国际权威期刊上发表SCI收录论文50多篇，论文被引用400多次。2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。2008年作为Co-Chair和程序委员会主席组织和主持了第九届固体辐照效应的计算机模拟国际会议。指导了9名硕士研究生，其中5名毕业生中3人出国攻读博士学位。

赖文生（1967.9-）江西省宁都县梅江镇刘坑村人。1992年9月加入中国共产党。大专学历。1989年7月江西省建筑材料工业学校建材机械专业毕业，同年8月参加工作，历任宁都县赖村镇政府工交干事、村镇规划助理员、环保员、组织干事、计生办副主任兼会计、村镇规划建设管理办公室副主任兼会计、人大秘书、村镇规划建设管理办公室主任，老嵊场村党支部书记、城管中队队长、党政办秘书、镇政府办公室主任。2004年8月任宁都县固厚乡乡长助理。2006年3月任宁都县竹笮乡人大副主席。
