因出演《一个美国女孩秘史》的童星小美女麦蒂森·达文波特知名度水涨船高，刚为《悬崖上的金鱼姬》美版配音，紧接着又将推出一部西部惊悚题材片《阁楼之门》“The Attic Door”，被称做诡异小甜甜的小靓妞出演恐怖片也不是第一回，去年的《异常睡眠》就让人出了一身冷汗，而曝光的本支先行预告片中她蹲在地上咳了一手的血，看来又会上演一出弱女惊魂的戏，与她搭档的小男孩杰克杰克逊曾出演过《一球成名》和《篮球不说谎》的配角，从预告片戏份能看出这次可能会大大露脸。
