Monkey Brains #2 猴脑

Pour the 151 in bottom of shot glass, then apply Bailey's then, lime juice then a splash of grenadine. The lime juice causes the Baileys to curdle, forming of what looks like a brain, the grenadine gives it a bloody look, then the 151 just makes it worst.....enjoy!

151入底，百利甜其后，莱姆汁入后再入石榴汁，感觉像是出血的脑部。

1 part 151 Proof Rum151金兰姆一份

1 part Baileys irish cream百利甜一份

1 part lime juice莱姆汁一份

dash of grenadine 少量石榴汁

猴脑

猴脑是广东的传统食材，山八珍之一。

猴脑多以生食，吃猴脑的餐桌中间开一洞，其大小恰好可穿进猴头。待猴头伸出桌面时，将活猴的头骨击碎，再淋上热油，用银勺挖出脑髓，即可食用。此时猴子尚未死去，哀嚎之声不绝。

猴与人脑比较似，所以也有人用它做科学实验。
