1977年毕业于四川外语学院英语系

1985年获广州外国语学院英语语言文学硕士学位

1991年获英国兰开斯特大学应用语言学硕士学位

2003年获香港城市大学语言测试博士学位。

研究方向：语言测试和阅读教学研究
