| 释义 | 个人简介王照奎，1980 年 8 月生，河南邓州人，汕头大学物理系材料物理与化学专业硕士研究生毕业，现任河南师范大学物理与信息工程学院光电教研室教师。 主要从事低价长寿命多晶硅薄膜太阳能电池的研究工作，具体方向为 PECVD 法沉积薄膜过程中的在线质谱检测及沉积机理分析，在 Int. J. Mass Spectrom. 、 J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys. 、 Chin. Phys. Lett. 、 Chin. Phys. 等国内外期刊上以第 1 作者发表论文 10 余篇，其中 6 篇被 SCI 收录。 发表论文1.
