Downtown Redevelopment Study, K. Dewar, L. Jolliffe, and Mohamed Bagha, funded by the town of St. Stephen, this project is to assist the town in making strategic decisions on the future of the downtown which is under considerable stress as the border conditions change and other issue such as rising Canadian dollar and out migration affect the community. Due for completion Dec. 31, 2008.

Partridge Island Feasibility Study, K. Dewar, L. Jolliffe, W. M. Li, and Karen Kwan, this study is funded by the City of Saint John and is a detail report on the possible futures of Partridge Island a national and provincial historic site in Saint John Harbour Nov. 2006 April 25, 2007.
