The "You Are The One Singapore" music video was composed and performed by popular local singer-songwriter JJ Lin. It is the first of three cheers for the inaugural Games. The Singapore Sports Council (SSC) wants to have the cheers reverberate at sports events and venues leading up to the games. The catchy three-minute music video features cameos by leading Singapore athletes past and present. Former sprinting legend C Kunalan and swim star Ang Peng Siong, current national gymnasts Nicole Tay and Tabitha Tay, and swim sensation Tao Li will all be making appearances in the video. The video is part of the "Cheer Singapore" campaign by the SSC. The Games will be held in Singapore from August 14 to 26.
