简介

对外经济贸易大学副校长，国际贸易学专业教授，博士生导师，享受政府特殊津贴专家。经济学博士（对外经济贸易大学，2000），经济学硕士（中央党校，1991），经济学学士（北京大学，1988）。兼任中国国际贸易学会理事、副秘书长，APEC电子商务工商联盟专家委员会秘书长，对外经济贸易大学电信、信息与传媒经济研究中心主任。1997年英国曼彻斯特大学访问学者，2003年美国密歇根州立大学访问学者。(Full CV in English)。

1991年开始从教，现任经济学教授，专业领域为国际贸易理论与政策、贸易与经济增长、规制经济学等。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表了许多专业论文，出版了多部论著和教材，并多次参加和组织国际学术会议，曾获国际学术研讨会最佳论文奖。曾应邀担任政府、国际机构和企业的研究专家和顾问，经常就贸易和经济问题接受媒体采访，两度担任中央电视台年度经济人物的经济学家评委。2011年5月任对外经济贸易大学党委常委、副校长。

1999年，获安子介国际贸易研究论文三等奖。

2005年，获第九届全球贸易与经济发展国际研讨会（5月25-28日，首尔，韩国）会议最佳论文奖。

2006年，主持《国际运输与物流》课程建设，获北京市精品课程。

2007年，北京市高等学校教学名师奖。

2010年，评选为北京市劳动模范
