在斜方肌的外下方，肩胛骨下角内侧有一肌间隙，临床称听诊三角,又称肩胛旁三角。其内上界为斜方肌的外下缘，外上界为大棱形肌下缘，下界为背阔肌上缘。三角的底为脂肪组织、深筋膜和第6肋间隙，表面覆以皮肤和浅筋膜，是背部听诊呼吸音最清楚的部位。当肩胛骨向前、外移位时，该三角范围会扩大。
