Shanghai Shihua International Travel Service (SSITS), which was founded in 1994, is a standing member unit of Shanghai Municipal Tourism Trade Association and one of the members of the Pacific Association of Travel Agency (PATA) and International Association of Travel Agency (IATA). Over the years, the company follows the management philosophy of “sincerity, specialization and win-win”, which means improving the management system, winning by high-quality products and placing sincerity as the essential factor in services. With the improvement of the management made of “focus on wholesale with retail sales as supplement”, the company has developed the operational management concept of “basing itself on realities, being enterprising and innovative, and seeking bestriding development”. In 2005, SSITS was rated as the advanced unit for its credible services in Shanghai and was listed as one of the top double-hundred travel services in China in the years of 2002,2004 and 2005 respectively.
