欧西坦语(“Occitan”，或“Langue d'oc”)是印欧语系罗曼斯语族的一种语言，主要通行于法国南部(特别是普罗旺斯及Loire以南)，意大利的阿尔卑斯山山谷，以及西班牙的Val d'Aran。

欧西坦语名称的来由和“西方”(Occidental)无关，而是和他们本身的语言有关。由于中世纪时间，他们将“yes”讲成“oc”而法国北部的人则讲成“oïl”(现在再变成“oui”)，所以当时的人将两种语言分别称为“langue d'oc”及“Langue d'oïl”。欧西坦语和加泰隆尼亚语十分相似。

普罗旺斯语是欧西坦语的一种方言，主要在法国的普罗旺斯通行，并不是一种独立语言。法国的两篇文学作品Frederic Mistral和Felibrige就是用这种语言来书写。

欧西坦语相对于现代法语的特色，在于它还残留不少中世纪时期的语言特征。
