刘来在联想集团先后担任客户研究经理,全球战略市场研究经理WW MI,Think产品分析经理,工作内容涵盖了客户/市场研究,PC产品竞争分析和集团战略规划,负责联想全球Think产品调研和和用户研究,产品PFV评估分析,竞争对手分析CI,曾经直接参与联想客户服务需求和满意度研究,并参与服务流程管理SPM。

刘来曾在中国金融在线担任集团公司用户研究部经理,中国金融在线是目前中国唯一一家在美国NASDAQ(NASDAQ: JRJC)主板上市的财经类互联网公司。此外还曾经在汉扬传播担任数据库营销总监,带领团队,项目管理,开拓业务。

刘来在北京理工大学获得学士学位,在中国传媒大学获得硕士学位。
