释义 | § 教育背景 黎家 1995 美国弗吉尼亚理工大学博士 1989 中国科学院植物所硕士 1984 兰州大学生物系学士 § 职业经历 2009-现在 教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授(植物学) 2009-现在 兰州大学萃英特聘教授、生命科学学院院长 2008-2009 美国俄克拉荷马大学副教授(获终身教职) 2002-2008 美国俄克拉荷马大学助理教授 2001-2002 美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校研究助理教授 1997-2001 美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校博士后 1996-1997 美国弗吉尼亚理工大学博士后 1991-1996 美国弗吉尼亚理工大学研究助理 1989-1991 中国科学院北京植物研究所助研 1984-1986 湖南师范大学生物系助教 § 科研方向 1 )阐述油菜素内酯的信号传递、合成、及代谢途径的分子调控机制。 油菜素内酯是一类重要的植物激素,参与调控植物生长的各个阶段,阻断油菜素内酯的生物合成或信号转导都会使植物变得极其矮小,并表现出雄性不育、推迟衰老、在黑暗培养时呈现出去黄化等的异常表型。油菜素内酯的受体是一个跨膜的亮氨酸富集型受体激酶,它的胞外特定结构域能特意与油菜素内酯相互作用从而启动胞内一系列磷酸化、脱磷酸化反应,把信号一步步传到细胞核中,最终改变基因的表达。在过去的十年中,本研究小组利用激活标签遗传学手段成功地分离到多个关键蛋白 ( 比如: BRS1 , BAK1 , AtSERK1 , BRL1 , BRL3 , BEN1 等 ) ,研究表明它们参与油菜素内酯的信号转导、合成、及代谢调控,现阶段的工作主要对这些蛋白所参与的具体作用机制作深入细致的探讨。 2 )用遗传及生化手段研究拟南芥中一类亮氨酸富集型受体蛋白激酶的生物学功能。 在过去的几年中我们已做了大量的前期工作,克隆了近 200 个亮氨酸富集型受体蛋白激酶的全长 cDNA ,并都已转入到拟南芥中进行了超表达,为进一步研究它们的生物学功能奠定了良好的基础。 3 )受体激酶介导的植物细胞凋亡的分子机理。 我们前面的工作已发现受体激酶 BAK1 及 BKK1 能同时参与正向调控油菜素内酯信号转导,同时抑制细胞凋亡,同时敲除 BAK1 和 BKK1 使植物变得极其矮小,并在光下很快驱动细胞程序化凋亡,造成叶片快速死亡。我们目前正在对 BAK1 及 BKK1 调控细胞凋亡的分子机理作深入的探索。 § 科研论文 Li J.(2010) Multi-tasking of somatic embryogenesis receptor-like protein kinases.
