I read paragraph 4 word for word. The first sentence is the topic sentence. What has interested me most in this paragraph is that the phrase they want to’ appears several times. Because it seems to me that today’s workers have stronger sprit of master. For example, if they know that their work is important and it fits into the corporate strategy, the workers will contribute their knowledge enthusiastically.

I still have some doubts about this paragraph, though it short(I can't understand it. Do you means "although it is short). First, I do not understand the phrase 'fit into'. I want to work out myself before look it up. From text understanding, I think it means that(去掉) 'to be part of system'. To my pleasure, the explanation in the dictionary is close to my understanding.

The sentence 'the work they do affects others' is difficult for me to understand. Because both 'do' and 'effect' are verb. In general it is wrong. I am deep in think.  And there seem to be no more clues from the context. So I have to turn to my English teacher for help which tells me that it means 'how the work which they do affects others' .If we find the subject which the tense used is decided by the subject, i think the sentence will be easily understanding.

Now let's come to discuss the phrase "how to value the individual’. Many famous companies explore how to value the individual that raise the degree of employees’ loyalty and put it into the corporate culture. For example, I think Bill Gates is a successful man, not only he is the richest man in world. I I admire his talent. He pays regard to the value of individual. He sends E-mail to his employees more than once a year. Employees get a mystic gift For him birthday. If someone who works hard or has good performance, he will have an opportunity to visit Cates’s home. It is very luck for the employees.

The main idea of paragraph 5 is the profitability of company is related to the quality and efforts of its workers. However all of this is on the reasonable reward. If the employee can bring company great profits like a goldmine, the Company should reward him. As is known to all, it is important to keep low turnover rate. I think there are at least two reasons for company to keep low turnover rate. For one thing employees can settle to his work in earnest. For another company avoid spending on training new employees. From what I have mentioned above we can see that without low turnover rate, company will sustain losses. It is clear that old employee plays an important part in company. Different people, however, have different opinions on this matter. Some people think that it will be no competition in company, employees don't work hard and they do not worry to lose their work. In short, I firmly support the view that keep low turnover rate. It is because we should safeguard human rights. I am sure that.
