原料

做法

1、豆油皮用厨房剪剪成三长块,然后从一头卷起来,用棉绳捆住。

2、锅里多放些油,油热后放进豆油皮卷,小火炸到外皮微焦,呈金黄色即可。

3、黄瓜切丝,香菜切断,葱切片,蒜切末,晾凉的豆油皮去掉绳子切成粗丝。

4、把所有的原料放进盆子里拌匀即可。
