版本历史

这首歌早在披头士时期就被创作了出来。保罗麦卡特尼创作了一首"Mother Nature's Son"，列侬创作了"Child of Nature"（就是这首jealous guy）。保罗的歌被选入了专辑white album，列侬的歌落选。但是当时列侬在乔治哈里森家中录制了一个demo，最终被保存了下来。后来这首歌的歌词经过修改，就成为了现在的jealous guy。

注：Child of Nature从来没有正式收录在任何录音室专辑中，且录音质量十分粗糙。

“Jealous guy”这首歌曲是John lennon（约翰列侬）写给他深爱的后任妻子YOKO ONO（小野洋子）的。

这是Lennon与YOKO情生误解彼此伤害，而醒悟悔痛之极时，在那台白色的钢琴上写下真情告白的忧伤而柔美的情歌，歌曲表现了Lennon在伤害了深爱着的恋人之后的复杂心情。
