中文名路洪洲,毕业于吉林大学材料学院,获上海交通大学硕士学位,华东理工大学博士,目前于中国汽车工程研究院从事汽车材料、汽车回收、汽车轻量化的研究工作,工程师,产品研发中心材料部部长。

主要从事汽车轻量化材料研究、汽车等固体废弃物资源化回收技术(包括报废汽车拆解技术、高压静电分选技术、涡流电选技术,以及报废汽车塑料的回收再利用技术、废弃电路板的回收处理技术)、铝合金在汽车上的应用研究(包括高成形性变形铝合金材料及汽车覆盖件的制造和开发、半固态铝合金汽车零部件的开发、铝基复合材料的开发等)、汽车构件性能测试方法研究(抗凹性、疲劳评估等)等的研究工作。

发表论文三十余篇,包括JOURNAL OF PHYSICS D-APPLIED PHYSICS、Journal of Materials Processing Technology、Environmental Science and Technology、汽车工艺与材料、中国科学E、Journal of Hazardous Materials、机械工程学报等杂志,其中多篇被SCI、EI收录,申请发明专利4项,授权3项。

首次提出混合金属颗粒分离高压静电提纯方法和报废汽车塑料热压板材回收处理方法;首次提出了“脱辊临界转速”及“荷电临界转速”的概念,并建立了高压静电分选临界转速分析模型;首次定量地分析了不同形状物料颗粒对高压静电分选的影响;首次提出了汽车轻量化效果表征参量及衡量方法等。作为主要研发人员参与和负责国家863项目3项(2006AA06Z364、2007AA03z551等)、科技部国际合作项目1项(2008DFB50020),主持重庆市自然科学基金课题1项(2008BB7273)、中国汽车工程预研开发项目1项(2008CAERI09)等。

English introducsion:Hongzhou Lu, he was born in 1981, is currently an engineer in China Automotive Engineering Research Institute, China. He received his Master’s degree from College of Materials Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China, and he graduated from material science and engineering academy of Jinli University in 2004. His research interests include lightweight materials of automotive, semi-solid technology, testing technology, and recycling of end-of-life automotive and plastic, etc. He has published more than 20 papers in public and 12 papers have been indexed by SCI. 3 chinese patents have been applied and take part in several state science and technology programs and privincescience and technology programs.
