"Hijo De La Luna"(月亮之子）这首歌最初是一支西班牙乐队——Mecano的歌曲，歌词由乐队成员José María Cano所写 以神话的口吻述说一个白化症小孩的悲剧，但以天上的月亮与一个吉普赛女人的连结对照来陈述，同时以月亮的圆缺盈亏述说著未完的结局 。这首歌首次出现于Mecano乐队1986年的专辑Entre el cielo y el suelo中。由Loona翻唱的月亮之子从98年12月28日到99年1月11日一直居于德国歌曲排行的首位，也是同一时期瑞士单曲排行的第二名。还有许多艺人翻唱过这首歌曲，如Sarah Brightman，Belle Pérez。

这首歌的歌词描述了一位吉普赛少女，她向月亮女神祈祷整宿，希望得到一位丈夫。最后，月亮女神向她保证她会找到一位丈夫，但作为回报，她要献给月亮他们的第一个孩子。

当她的第一个孩子出生后，夫妇俩发现孩子并没有继承父亲的皮肤颜色，而是白的“如同扫雪鼬的后背”，而且眼睛是灰色的。丈夫不假思索地就认为自己的妻子通奸，并用刀子把妻子杀死了。之后他把孩子遗弃在森林中。
