范小冲，阳光100集团常务副总裁。负责管理集团前期开发、连锁加盟、人力资源、行政办公等工作。

范小冲先生是业内外知名的行业专家，应邀担任多个学术和教育机构荣誉职务，其就行业发展的议题发表的一系列见解具有重要影响。

1992-2000年期间，任广西新万通置业有限公司常务副总经理，作为主要领导人参与了公司包括房地产项目开发在内的重要经营决策。范小冲先生1989年毕业于北京师范大学，拥有理学硕士及经济地理学学士学位。
