原料

番杏、南瓜。调料:盐、香油、花椒粉。

做法

1、番杏洗净,南瓜削去外皮,切成小丁;

2、锅中烧开水,先将南瓜丁放入焯1-2分钟至南瓜熟后捞出(不必煮得太软);

3、待锅中水再次烧开后,将番杏放入,焯30-40秒即可捞出;

4、将两种材料控去水分,一起放入碗中,倒入调料拌匀即可。

1、因南瓜有自然的香甜,所以调料只需放一点点,稍微提味即可。

2、胡萝卜素在体内吸收的前提是:1菜要做熟,2要有油脂帮助,所以拌菜时要放一些香油。而如果同时还食用其他的菜肴中有动物性食物,则此菜中可以不放香油。
