段相林，满族，中共党员，1955年4月9日出生，教授，博士生导师，校学术带头人和一档教授。1993年至2005年担任河北师大生物学系主任和生命科学学院院长，现任学校学位委员会委员、学院学位分委员会主席、学院学术委员会副主任、生物学博士后科研流动站和生物学一级学科博士点主持人、河北省解剖学会副理事长、河北师范大学学报编委、实践教学与装备杂志副主编、生命世界杂志编委、中华现代内科学杂志常务编委等职务。已招收和培养博士研究生5名，博士后2名，硕士研究生十多名。

曾获得过高等师范院校曾宪梓教育基金三等奖、河北省教学成果二、三等奖个项，2001年被评为河北省模范教师，2003年被评为河北省教学名师。

主要从事动物细胞生物学领域的研究，先后主持和承担省自然基金项目4项,国家自然基金项目2项(第1、2主研人)，国际合作项目2项，教育厅自然基金和教学改革项目3项。发表研究性论文60余篇（其中SCI收录6篇），主译、主编教材和教学参考书5部。
