浙江省检验检疫科学技术研究院下设食品安全实验室，工业品实验室，玩具实验室，微生物、化矿、动植检实验室以及电气安全实验室．纺织品实验室等专业实验室，业务覆盖范围十分广泛，并与诸多国际著名的认证机构建立了长期稳定的合作关系，力求服务质量、检测标准与国际水平的一致。各专业实验室还按照lSO／lECl7025标准建立了质量保证体系并且通过中国实验室国家认可委员会(CNAL)的质量体系和检测能力的审核，取得了相应的认可证书，完全具备保护国家进出口经济安全和为客户提供优质检测服务的能力。
