很多人以为西式浓汤就是热量高的,其实不然。如果你把握好原料完全可以在家制作只有在西餐厅吃到的美味浓汤了。我自己感觉做好健康营养的西式蔬菜浓汤要这样搭配原料:首先:油的选择。如果你很喜欢黄油的香味又不在乎它的能量,就选它好了。如果你想尽量少的避免增肥的可能,那么象我一样选择橄榄油就很不错。从成品的味道来讲,一点也不比黄油的差。当然,这只是我个人的感觉而已,呵呵~~

再者:关于炒面。有人会认为这汤里有面粉,肯定会长肉的。要知道,西式浓汤香滑的口感靠的就是这炒面粉了,但我们的用量绝对超不过50g。一个馒头的重量是多少?也就2两吧,100g左右。如果你认为50g的面粉都会让你增肥,唉~~那估计喝凉水都会让你长肉了。

做法

3、炒锅里放少许橄榄油,小火翻炒面粉(面粉我用了大约20-30g),炒出香味后,加入高汤(没有高汤,用清水加海鲜粉煮开一样的好味),迅速搅拌,煮开后倒入鲜奶,开锅后过滤出没化开的面疙瘩,再把汤倒回锅里。[美食中国]

4、现在把刚才炒好的蔬菜加高汤在食谱加工机里打成糊,越细腻越好(不象榨汁,榨汁会损失很多粗纤维物质,而这样做蔬菜的营养一点都没浪费)

5、将蔬菜糊倒入牛奶浓汤中一起煮开,用少许盐和胡椒粉调味即可。
