1.学习和工作经历

1978.02-1982.02: 毕业于四川农业大学园艺系,获学士学位。

1982.03-1986.09: 四川农业大学园艺系任助教。

1986.10-1988.10: 留学丹麦皇家农业大学与瑞典农业大学园艺系,获硕士学位。

1988.11-1993.12: 四川农业大学园艺系任讲师,副教授,副系主任。

1994.01-1994.12: 奥地利维也纳大学应用微生物系访问学者。

1995.01-1995.07: 四川农业大学林学园艺学院常务副院长,副教授。

1995.08-1999.09: 四川省农业科学院园艺所所长,研究员。

1999.07-2003.02: 留学以色列西伯莱大学农学院植物保护系,获博士学位。

2003.03-2003.10: 以色列西伯莱大学农学院植物系博士后。

2003.11-2007.10: 芬兰赫尔辛基大学应用生物系访问教授。

2007.11-至今: 西北农林科技大学园艺学院教授,博士生导师。

2.主要科研方向

超低温生物学、植物生物技术、分子生物学、植物组织培养、植物病毒学。

3. 主要学术成绩及创新成果

A.1984-1990年间,主要研究扦插繁殖机理与技术。以Hibiscus rosa-sinensis为试材, 首次在国际上报道母株年龄和光照条件是影响插条生根的关键因素。明确指出,适合于Hibiscus rosa-sinensis扦插繁殖的母株年龄为3年,母株暗处理或遮光处理有利于插条生根。上述研究共发表5篇论文,其中在国际刊物上发表1篇,国内刊物上4篇,应邀参加国际学术会议一次。

B.1991-1995年间,主要研究苹果与梨试管苗繁殖的机理与技术。揭示了苹果与梨茎尖外植体褐变的机理;建立了克服苹果与梨茎尖外植体褐变的有效方法、促进苹果与梨试管苗增殖的关键技术、梨试管苗的直接生根技术及苹果试管苗微型嫁接技术。上述研究共发表11篇论文,其中在国际刊物(SCI)上发表6篇,国内刊物上5篇,应邀参加国际学术会议两次。

C.1999-2008年间,主要研究园艺植物与薯类植物的超低温冷冻机理与技术,转基因技术和分子生物学技术。对国际该领域的主要学术贡献包括:a. 成功地建立了葡萄、柑桔、马铃薯、甘薯、树梅等植物的茎尖和细胞的超低温冷冻保存技术;b. 把超低温冷冻技术与转基因技术结合,显著提高葡萄转基因细胞的转化率与成苗率;c. 成功地建立了葡萄、马铃薯、甘薯等植物的茎尖超低温冷冻脱毒技术和脱除甘薯植原体技术;d. 成功地创立了热处理加茎尖超低温冷冻脱毒技术,有效地脱除了树莓丛状矮化病毒; e. 利用生物技术、分子生物学技术、组培技术、超低温冷冻技术、病毒定位技术、电镜技术、解剖技术等揭示了茎尖超低温冷冻脱除病原菌的机理。成为国际上茎尖超低温冷冻脱除病原菌研究的奠基人之一。上述研究在国际刊物上(SCI)发表14篇论文。主编专著章节5章。应邀参加国际学术会议三次,并作大会发言。
