主要从事无机纳米结构材料的教学和科研工作，包括无机纳米结构材料的液相化学法合成，探讨纳米材料的形成过程和机理及影响纳米材料的物相结构和颗粒性质的因素，纳米材料的微观结构与物理和化学性质的关系。

承担并完成了国家及省部级科研课题十四项（累计科研经费560余万元），目前作为课题负责人在研的课题有：1）教育部新世纪优秀人才计划：氧化物纳米材料的控制合成（50万元）；2）国家自然科学基金：新型空心纳米结构材料的控制合成及各向异性（26万元）；3）民口配套项目：氧化锆气凝胶块体隔热材料（115万元）4）中乌合作项目：纳米催化剂材料及其在二次能源材料和环境保护中的应用。

陈代荣 男，1945年8月生，重庆市万州区人。重庆市长滩镇卫生院副院长、中医内科主治医师。擅用中医药辨证论治、内外结合。对肝炎、胃病、高血压、某些不明原因发热，儿科、妇科杂病，精神病等疑难杂症的治疗有一定造诣。曾在《中医杂志》上发表"多食症1例治验"；1983年6月在《四川中医》登载"胃出血治验"。近年来在《近代名医类案》刊载"中医药治疗乙型脑炎(伏暑)"，并获首届国际民族医药学术研讨会三等奖。"便秘发热治验"选入《中国中医药优秀成果文库·中国特色医疗新技术》，并获一等奖。"崩漏治验"刊入《疑难杂症治验》丛书，获全国优秀论文二等奖。"运用自拟方辨证治疗高血压病的体会"，被在美团召开的"第六届国际名医药学术研讨会"选拔会获二等奖；被香港、泰国、英国等传统医药学术团体评为优秀论文奖。"血症治验偶得"被97全国疑难杂症学术研讨会选送《中医杂志》97增刊。"胃脘痛从肾治"刊登于《中美疑难杂症临床经验辑要》。名字入录《中国大陆名医大典》、《中国特色名医大典》、《中国专家大辞典》等多部典籍。

陈代荣，男，1963年9月生于四川省成都市，祖籍重庆。高级心理咨询师。曾从事地质勘探工作。最早从事四川稀土、黄金开发的地质队员。1997年转行从事人身保险销售。1998年独创《图说保险》《金砖行销》系列课程服务行销伙伴。在四川、内蒙、山西、河北、北京、云南、重庆等地讲学，被誉为把人寿保险以最精简最专业方式讲解的咨询师。最经典的理论是“人身保险有三大范围五大责任三种给付方式”，受到业内广泛认同。
