释义 | 个人简介毛胜勇,男,1973年2月生,博士,副教授,南京农业大学硕士生导师。 主要研究进展1. 反刍动物瘤胃酸中毒的发生机制及营养调控研究 系统开展了反刍动物瘤胃酸中毒的发生机制及营养调控研究,阐明了瘤胃酸中毒发病的微生物学机制,揭示了瘤胃乳酸积累的微生物作用机制,为瘤胃酸中毒的定向调控提供了重要理论依据。建立了基于DGGE和16S rRNA序列分析瘤胃微生物区系结构的技术手段,研究了日粮结构对瘤胃发酵特性及细菌区系的影响,进行了乳酸利用菌的分离及其对瘤胃发酵的影响的研究。 2.瘤胃产甲烷的微生物分子特征及调控措施的研究 阐明了瘤胃产甲烷的机制,提出了相应的调控措施,为提高饲料利用率、减少甲烷对环境污染奠定了理论基础。建立了瘤胃甲烷菌、厌氧真菌多样性和定量分析技术, 建立了晋南牛瘤胃产甲烷菌16S rRNA基因序列库,并研究了甲烷菌菌群分布及多样性。 论文发表获得1项发明专利,申请国家发明专利2项。发表论文30篇,其中SCI 收录文章7篇。 1.
