科研项目

我们实验室长期以来从事分子生物学的研究工作。近年来的研究工作主要集中在HSF1 在神经

细胞生长及凋亡的功能。

实验室主要科研项目如下:

(1) 转录因子HSF1 在细胞体内的氧化还原调控及功能。

(2) 伴侣蛋白( Chaperones)及蛋白摺叠对神经细胞的保护作用。

(3) 神经细胞中HSF1 的调控与功能。

主要学术成就

我们实验室长期以来接受美国国家卫生总署(NIH)及国家科学基金会NSF 的支助。我们是最

早发现热应激反应与细胞老化与有关的实验室。这项结果已为许多实验室证明,并认为是生物

老化的一个重要的分子标志。我们实验室开创研究HSF1 在神经受创复原的作用对脊髓再生作

出理论上的贡献。我们实验室毕业有10 位博士,12 位硕士,并训练了8 位後博士。
