1996.08-2000.11：复旦大学生命科学学院遗传所生物技术中心，副教授；

2000.12- 复旦大学生命科学学院教授，博士生导师。

1998年5月起担任中国药学杂志编委；2006年1月起聘为国家新药审评专家；第八届（2002.10-2007.11）、第九届（2007.12-2012.11）国家药典委员会委员。 Biomaterials、Biomacromolecules、Journal of Controlled Release、International Journal of Pharmaceutics等学术期刊的特邀审稿人。
