简介

童建华,女,1988年毕业于上海复旦大学遗传工程专业,1997年获得法国巴黎第七大学人类遗传学博士学位。现任上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院上海血液学研究所研究员,博士生导师,招收生物化学与分子生物学专业硕博连读生。

研究方向

长期从事有关白血病发病及治疗分子机制的基础研究,参加了血研所一系列重大的科研项目,在维甲酸诱导分化治疗APL的基础理论研究方面取得了可喜的成绩。近年来,主要针对髓系白血病细胞分化和凋亡过程中的信号转导途径以及相关基因的功能进行深入研究,曾在国际上率先报道了环腺苷酸具有参与介导As2O3诱导分化APL细胞的功能,为阐明As2O3诱导缓解治疗APL的作用机制提供了依据。这些年来,童建华先后承担了多项国家自然科学基金项目和国家科技部863计划,并先后获得了上海市科委启明星计划和上海市教委曙光计划的资助。
