孙庆祝 男 1948年9月出生，山东东平人，本科，教授、现任南京师范大学体育科学学院院长，体育科研所所长;兼任全国高等学校体育教学指导委员会委员。

1978年毕业于曲阜师范大学并留校任教；

1987年晋升讲师；

1988年晋升副教授；

1992年晋升教授；

1993年6月聘为硕士生导师；

2000年9月调入南京师范大学；

2001年1月聘为博士生导师；

主要研究方向：

体育管理与系统工程、体育信息化理论与信息技术、体育课程与教学评价、体育教学训练优化设计与控制、体育预测与决策技术、体育数学模型、体育定性与定量综合集成研究等。

近些年来，发表论文 100余篇；其中核心权威期刊30余篇；参加国际和全国性学术会议20余次，其中两篇论文入选奥林匹克科学大会；主持国家社会科学项目《经济全球化时代体育信息化与体育管理变革互动关系的研究》和参加国家科技部软科学课题《2008年奥运会组织管理系统工程理论与方法研究》各一项；主持和参加省部级课题 4项；厅局级课题12项；获省级优秀教学成果一等奖和二等奖各一项；省教委科技进步一等奖一项；获全国第四、五届体育科学大会优秀论文奖各一项、全国大运会学术论文一、二、三等奖各一项；代表性著作有《体育实用模糊数学》，填补了国内体育领域应用模糊数学的空白；主编全国统用教材《体育统计学》和《人体体质测量与评价》二部。此外，在体育定性与定量综合集成研究，把信息化技术引入体育领域等学科交叉方面，做了开创性工作；在体育管理方法技术、技术科学和基础科学等不同层次的研究上以及系统科学在体育领域应用方面也有突破性进展。1997年荣获曾宪梓教育基金全国高等师范院校教师三等奖。

目前承担本科生、硕士生、博士生的教学和培养工作。

孙庆祝，字冷墨,1963年生于辽宁营口,现居北京。自幼酷爱书画艺术，毕业于鲁美学院，国家一级画师，北京庆祝书画院院长。孙先生擅长花鸟，尤对牡丹情有独钟。自03年始，他翻阅史料，认真研习牡丹画法，最终形成了自己独有的风格。他的墨牡丹画法独特、自成一派，无论是画风、技巧还是水墨运用都在中国画界独树一帜。国家文化部部长高占祥曾对其画大嘉赞赏，他的多幅作品被国家领导人、国际友人、影视明星收藏。2006年，庆祝先生创办了庆孙庆祝，字冷墨,1963年生于辽宁营口,现居北京。自幼酷爱书画艺术，毕业于鲁美学院，国家一级画师，北京庆祝书画院院长。孙先生擅长花鸟，尤对牡丹情有独钟。自03年始，他翻阅史料，认真研习牡丹画法，最终形成了自己独有的风格。他的墨牡丹画法独特、自成一派，无论是画风、技巧还是水墨运用都在中国画界独树一帜。国家文化部部长高占祥曾对其画大嘉赞赏，他的多幅作品被国家领导人、国际友人、影视明星收藏。2006年，庆祝先生创办了庆祝书画院，中国书法教育家贾诚隽先生为其题匾以致祝贺。
