个人履历

松居和（Kazu Matsui），1954年6月5日生于东京，为了成为小说家而移居美国，毕业于UCLA（美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校）的民族艺术专业。当代音乐界最著名的尺八演奏者，于1981年成立了“松居和project”，发行了11张专辑。

他本人也出版了6张个人专辑。

妻子是爵士女音乐家松居庆子。

专辑《Bamboo 竹》的评价

钢琴与尺八的艺术——松居和《Bamboo 竹 》

专辑名字叫《Bamboo 竹》，竹心本空，箫声也带着寒竹的空寂。但是，那跳跃的钢琴，分明是一个幸福女人才有的俏皮。所以，虽然是寒竹响空庭的冷寂意像，听上去却明明是幸福的天堂。

松居和最擅长的是尺八，说到尺八，我们不能不联想到另一个尺八高手，那就是东风推出的《宙》这张绝美的好辑了。京田诚一的尺八高亢箫杀，而松居和的尺八更见婉转柔和些，钢琴，电声节律也和尺八完美结合了。这辑里能看到松居庆子的名字也在CD封面里，也确实能感觉到Keiko Matsui的神律钢琴隐隐的自然合韵，也算是他们夫妻二人的完美共同杰作吧。

竹，给了人太多的憧憬，太多深刻的记忆，以及太多太多无奈的感怀。松居和是著名的尺八吹奏家，在世界范围内都有一定的影响。松居和这名字可能对大多数人来说都比较陌生，事实上你肯定曾经听到过他那独特的尺八演奏，《燃情岁月》《蒙面侠佐罗》《太阳帝国》《勇敢者的游戏》《红场特警》等电影中都有松居和的配器演奏。或者你可能对尺八也不了解，事实上尺八是古中国一种竹制的箫，因身长一尺八寸而得名，又因出自唐代，故亦称“唐尺”。大约是日本的镰仓时期(1185-1333)传入日本，并得到很好的保护与发展，而在中原则早已失传。尺八音色与箫近似，却比箫更富于变化，玩过真侍魂的人一定记得牙神幻十郎的那段背景音乐吧，浓烈的萧杀之气笼罩在一片芦苇坡上，靠的就是尺八来撕碎这片冷静空气。松居和是有名的尺八吹奏家，在世界范围内都有一定的影响，同时也是一名新世界音乐家，说起这专辑的钢琴手也许很多人都听过，杰出的smooth jazz音乐家松居庆子，钢琴与尺八的对话，东西文化的碰撞与结合，二人一琴一箫互为知音，此等人生真是羡煞人啊。这张专辑不同于其他的尺八专辑，它的的配器十分丰富，很完美地将各个器乐连同电子乐结合在一起，听起来很有新意。
