在监狱当中，男犯人由于长期处于监狱当中，正常的生理和性需求无法得到满足，因此有些比较的健壮的男犯人会凭借自己的暴力，迫使另外一个或者多个男犯人为自己提供性服务，这些被逼的男犯人就被称为Prison bitch。

如在《Prison Break》里面T-Bag就曾经想让Scofiled成为他的Prison Bitch。
